Delivery Time Frames Australia wide:
Delivery time frame begins from time of dispatch not the time of ordered
We usually dispatch the item within 1-2 business days. Please allow 5-7 business days for dispatch of English Willow Bats when you choose Match Ready Service at the time of purchase as Oiling and knocking takes a few days to complete.
Standard Delivery time may vary between 1 –10 business days and Express postage delivery time can vary from next business day delivery to delivery within 2-3 business days. Please note, regional suburbs may take a little longer than the metro areas depending on postage days. Although we try to give you Wicked service, postal delays and delivery errors may occur that are out of our control as a third party is being used. However, if you are worried about your goods at any time please feel free to contact us. If you are in URGENT need of your goods we advise you to pay for Express Postage which is subject to the availability in your area.

International deliveries may be subject to additional charges like custom charges, import charges and any local taxes. The Wicked Pitch will not be responsible for any other charges that the customer may accor. Please check with your local courier company for any details on import. The Wicked Pitch will not be responsible for any Customs restrictions that may apply in the country of delivery.

Australia post delivery time can depend on the delivery Zone or country the goods are being delivered to. However, we try to have the goods to you within 10+ business days. This is an estimated time only and in some instances custom clearance etc. can take longer. Delivery time starts from the day goods have been dispatched and not from the time your order is placed with us. Domestic & International delivery time frames can be affected because of following reasons:
- Stock unavailability – We will contact you directly in this case
- Order is not paid – (Check for confirmation email to ensure your payment has been received)
- Incomplete/ Incorrect address – If we have any issues with your address we will contact you to confirm your address and will wait to hear from you before dispatching
