Online Refund Policy

At The Wicked Pitch we make sure your online shopping experience delivers Wicked quality, Wicked price and Wicked delivery, however, mistakes can happen from time to time. We ask that you thoroughly check the goods when you receive them and in the odd case where the goods you ordered are incorrect or damaged. We request you to contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the goods with your invoice or receipt. You can contact us via Facebook page, phone or write to us at info@thewickedpitch.com.au and our friendly staff will assist you. Returns won’t be accepted for defects or faults reported after 24hrs of receiving the goods.

We kindly ask you to post the item/items that are being returned via registered post, as we won’t be able to process a refund or replacement if the item is not received or lost in transit. The Wicked Pitch will not be liable for lost return parcels under any circumstances. Once Item/items are received and examined for defects/damage a full refund or repair (including postage) will be given depending on the issue.

Repair or refund on any faulty goods within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). Depending on minor or major faults we will either send it off for repair, replace the item or refund.  In the case of a faulty bat to be covered for repair or refund the bat must have been knocked correctly and in reasonable condition to uphold this policy. If goods require repair, we will ensure we get your item back to you within a reasonable time frame so you can get back onto the field.

Transaction cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order that has not already been processed or shipped we ask that you contact us via, facebook messenger, phone or write to us as info@thewickedpitch.com.au to request a refund.
